How to reset the Digital Input count on a CM2000
Issue
Customer would like to reset the digital input status counter on the CM2000.

Cause
The CM2000 does not have a digital input status counter reset command.
Resolution
Using Modbus Tester, write a value of zero (0) to the desired registers. Below is an excerpt of the CM2000 Modbus Register list that details the Digital Input's registers.

| Input 3 Count | 2414 - 2415 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
| Input 4 Count | 2419 - 2420 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
| Input 5 Count | 2424 - 2425 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
| Input 6 Count | 2429 - 2430 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
| Input 7 Count | 2434 - 2435 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
| Input 8 Count | 2439 - 2440 | 0 to 99,999,999 |
In the following example, a CM2350's Input 1 Count is going to be reset. The necessary parameters are as follows:
- Gateway IP Address: 10.167.244.21
- CM2350 Device ID: 9
- Starting Register: 2404
Once all the parameters have been specified, press Write to reset the value.
