Is it possible to pull the program back out of a SCADAPack 334E and open it with Workbench?

Yes you can Upload a Project from SCADAPack E to the workbench Program as instructed below

The SCADAPack Workbench allows a project's source to be retrieved from the IEC 61131-3 target if it was originally build with the Embedded Zip Source resource property.
