Can SturxureWare Data Centre Expert be integrated into Power Monitoring Expert?

Issue:

User wants to know if StruxureWare Data Center Expert (DCE) can be integrated with Power Monitoring Expert (PME).

Cause:

PME does not include a dedicated integration component for DCE. Integration depends on whether DCE can expose data using a protocol PME supports.

Resolution:

• PME can integrate with DCE only if DCE can be configured as an OPC DA/UA server or as a Modbus TCP device.
• If DCE does not support these protocols, PME cannot retrieve data directly. In that case, add the specific devices monitored by DCE into PME individually.
