Issue:
ATV312 – Customer has a Flashing INIT fault

Flashing INIT fault

Cause:
n/a

Resolution:
This fault is saying that the microprocessor is initializing in the Main Control Board.
Suggest to power down the drive, and open the front door then check all the inner connections to make sure they are completely installed at the Main Control Board and at the Power Board. Then  power up and if the fault returns, would suggest to reset the drive to factory default, and then reprogram the drive parameters.  After reprogramming and power cycling the drive again, if the fault returns, then appears to be an inoperative drive.
