Why does SoMove show no DTM installed on the Home screen?

Issue:
No DTM files in SoMove.

Product Line:
SoMove Software and DTM Library Install

Environment:
MS Windows

Resolution:
In SoMove, on the upper right corner, click on "List the device software installed on this PC" under "Installed Device Information"
A window will open showing Installed DTMs
If you have downloaded and installed DTMs for specific products, and see no installed DTMs,

click the [Update Catalog] button.
If that doesn't resolve the issue;
- Exit SoMove Software
- Uninstall manually any installed DTM (from: Control Panel/Programs..)
- If any SoMove or SoMove Launcher instance running - Have to End it from Windows Task Manager/Processes
- Now reinstall ATVxx DTM, Right Click and select Run as Administrator
- Launch SoMove --> When prompted, click Update Catalogue --> DTM(s) will now appear in that list, and be available under

[Create a Project Offline]
