S-flex runs in BYPASS mode, but will not run in AFC mode.

Resolution:
Verify that the ATV212 is in Remote mode, not Local mode.
Verify the VFD has a speed reference.  It may be running at 0Hz.
Verify operation of the DOC contactor and control power to the coil.
Check for loose connections.
Look for control component failure based on the wiring diagram and expected action.
