Control Expert 14 returns error 'The installation of Microsoft visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package... appears to have failed'.

Issue
If you try to install Control Expert on a PC that already has Unity installed, it will return the error  message 'The installation of
Microsoft visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package (x86). appears to have failed...'.

Resolution
If you install Control Expert on a PC that has Unity 13.1 installed,  the error message 'The installation of Microsoft visual C++ 2012
Update 4 Redistributable Package (x86). appears to have failed.  Do you wish to continue (Yes/No) ' will get returned.

The reason for the error is due to the Microsoft software component to be already existing on the PC and it will not allow the componet to
be overwritten with the same version.

To continue with the installation of Control Expert, click on the 'Yes' button within the message window.
