Resolution:

To update your 140CPU43412A from Concept to Unity, first of all, please make sure the PV version is greater or equal to 04(PV can be seen from the top front of the CPU module), otherwise, it is not possible to update.

If you have the PV greater or equal to 04 but less then 16, please use the following intermediate OS and the last firmware:

140CPU43412U Intermediate OS (PV of module less than 16)

Quantum 140CPU43412U PV<16 Last Firmware

If you have the PV greater or equal to 16, please use the following intermediate OS and last firmware:

140CPU43412U Intermediate OS ( PV of module greater than or equal to 16 )

Quantum 140CPU43412U PV>=16 Last Firmware

Also, using Modbus communication for the firmware update is slow; Modbus plus is much faster. If you don't have the MB+ cable, another option is to send the part to our repair center for them to update the firmware for you.
