what is the reason of Reset Reason 8 in Scada pack ER Magna RTU ?

A reset reason of 8, simply means that someone or some code triggered the SCADAPack to restart. You can do this in Configurator by selecting the dropdown menu "Commands -> Restart RTU ...". It can also be performed via command line interface by typing "Restart RTU"

If a user wanted to program the SCADApack to do this in logic it could also be possible with the "cmd_exec" function block, where the block has the input iCmd as 'Restart RTU".

ClearSCADA can also issue commands like this.
