What does 'Required "Programming" connection mode is not available' indicate with Unity Pro?.

Issue
When trying to connect to the CPU along with the above message it states: Do you wish to use "Monitoring" connection mode instead? (PLC is already reserved by entity : xxxxx.)

Resolution
This means that either a second programming window is open on this PC and it is already connected to the PLC or someone else is already connected to the PLC remotely.
