EcoStruxure Hybrid DCS [2018R2]: How user can integrate BACnet driver in EHDCS platform

To explain how to install the BACnet driver inside the EHDCS Citect participant

This document can be referred for Process expert 2020R2 and below versions.

Causes and Fixes:

BACnet device integration in EHDCS can be done by installing the Bacnet driver separately inside the Citect participant of EHDCS platform by doing the following steps.
> Download the latest BACnet driver from Citect SCADA driver web.
> To install the driver in VM, add the same in "extensions" in the system Server configuration wizard.

> Ensure the manual installation has been selected for extension installation
> Select the option "Update virtual machine with latest extensions".
> Start the server.
> Driver gets installed in the VM when Syster server starts
> Select the required option to configure the driver.
> The server shows the message after a successful installation.
> Once the server started, open refine the logic of supervision and the user can see the BACnet protocol for configuring the new device integration.
