Can I used the Altivar Process Drive to power up a step down transformer?

Issue:
Is it ok to connect output of the Altivar Process Drive to a step down transformer?

Product Line:
Altivar Process Drive

Environment:
All model numbers, all serial numbers

Cause:
Customer wanted to use the drive as a step down transformer from 460V to 230V

Resolution:
No, Altivar Process Drives are designed to run inverter-duty motors, and are not recommended to have a transformer, at the output.
