Transfer of project to NOE v6.4 using Web Designer 3.2

Environment
Web Designer, Windows 10

Resolution
If you try to transfer an older Web Designer project into a BMXNOE0110 module
(exec firmware version 6.4 and higher) using Web Designer version 3.2,  it will fail
to open the Transfer Status window.
