Why do I get the error "cannot execute this command" when I add a BMXNOC401.2 module to my M340 project in Control Expert V15.0

Issue: The cause of the error below when adding a BMXNOC401.2 module to a M340 configuration in Control Expert V15.0

Resolution:
After the installation of  Hotfix ControlExpert_V150_HF0380584E , it is no longer possible to add the BMXNOC401.2 module to the hardware configuration in Control Expert V15.0. To resolve the issue a new hotfix was released. Attached is the hotfix(ControlExpert_V150_HF0380584E_B) to address the issue with adding the NOC401.2 to the configuration
