What could be the reason to get the message “Server does not have an instance certificate assigned” when Ecostruxure OPCUA Server Expert start?

At the start-up of EcoStructure OPCUA Server Expert, the following message can appear :

This message could appear when the following folder doesn’t have the right in R/W :
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
