Is there a function block in Unity Pro/Control Expert what will split a REAL value before and after the decimal point?

Splitting a REAL value before and after the decimal point in separate registers

Resolution:
No. There is no native function block to perform this operation. Attached is a DFB that will split a real value and place the before and after the decimal point value in separate registers. See sample below
