Starting Topology Manager after installing version 15.1 returns 'Trial mode' on a version 15 licensed install.

If you try to start Topology Manager for Control Expert 15.1 after installing it on a PC that had a working licensed version of Control Expert 15,  the message 'Trial mode' gets returned.

This will occur if the part number for the Control Expert version 15 does not include the Topology Manager feature.

To resolve the issue, the customer needs to purchase the part number that includes the Topology Manager feature.
