Smart-UPS Modular Ultra has No Battery Comm XBP alarm

Issue:

My Smart UPS Modular Ultra has reports No Battery Comm XBP alarm on display/NMC.

Resolution:

Please make sure the XRCC (Battery pack communications card) is seated properly.  You may re-seat the card to try and reestablish connection.
