ETE - Knowledge - Platform: Important Update: EcoStruxure Transformer Expert Platform Migration 3:00 UTC 31 May 2024

As part of the final integration of Aurtra into Schneider Electric, the EcoStruxure Transformer Expert Platform will transition from aurtra.net to ecostruxure-transformer-expert.se.app on the 31st of May 2024 at 3:00 UTC.   Maintenance is expected to be complete before the 4th of Jun 3:00 UTC.

The old URL will automatically redirect to the new one to ensure a smooth transition. We will notify you of the specific date once it is confirmed.

Another change is that your account will be managed by  Schneider Electric’s Customer Identity and Access Management (cIAM) system after migration. To facilitate this process, you will need to create a new account within cIAM using the same email address as currently associated with the EcoStruxure Transformer Expert platform.
