Can the BMXNOR0200H module's Ethernet communication be reset using IO_DDT (ETH_RESET)?

1. Issue
Some customers have reported that the online help in Control Expert suggests BMXNOR0200H supports Ethernet communication reset via IO_DDT (ETH_RESET). However, this functionality is not supported. The only available method to reset the Ethernet communication is through the module’s web interface.

4. Resolution
After consultation with R&D, it has been confirmed that BMXNOR0200H does not support Ethernet reset via IO_DDT. The only supported method is through the web interface of the module.

Note:
No updates to the user manual are planned. It is recommended to use the BMENOR2200H (Advanced RTU module) instead, which supports Ethernet reset via Device DDT.
