When running the installer after an upgrade you may run into an issue where the reports are not showing up as an option for you to select.

Resolution:

Note: Please first verify that the Report Packs are present and in the correct path. They will be saved in the Power Monitoring Expert root folder found in ...\Power Monitoring Expert\Web\Report Packs (like C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Web\Report Packs)

Note (2): Only the reports that are already present within the folder will install even though all reports are listed.

1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.

2. Run cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin (change the path if required).

3. Run ReportPackUtil.exe -root "C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Web" -install "Default Reports,Billing Reports,Energy Reports,Xpert Trending Analysis Reports,Usage Reports,Branch Circuit Energy Reports,Branch Circuit Power Reports,BreakerAgingReports,EPSS_CoreReports,EPSS_TestReport,Energy Management Reports,Generator Power Reports,InsulationMonitoring_Reports,Power Loss Reports,PowerQualityAdvisor,PUE Reports,ModelingReports,Regression Reports,Pue Reports,Regression Reports,Pue Reports,ModelingReports Dashboard Reports,KPIReports,StandardPowerQuality Reports,UPS Power Reports,EPSS_UPS_AutoTestReport,Capacity Management Reports"

4. Run Reporting.ReportUpgrade.exe Default_ReportUpgradeInstructions.xml

5. Run Reporting.ReportUpgrade batch
