EcoStruxure Process Expert[2025]: How to Troubleshoot the CSV Import error
This knowledge base explains the user to overcome the issue which has been faced while performing the CSV import of application instances.
When the user imports the application instances using the CSV file, they are facing the error as shown below:
This issue was observed only on the customer's machine and could not be reproduced on any other systems.
After performing all the necessary prechecks, we identified that the customer's regional settings were configured to Spanish. Once the regional settings were changed to English (United States), the CSV import completed successfully without any errors.
This issue was observed in EPE2025.But its applicable to all EPE versions.
