Olivier Blum is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, effective November 4, 2024. Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint. Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States, and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division. Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. Deepak Sharma is the Zone President, Greater India and MD & CEO, Schneider Electric India (SEIPL).  He has 30 years of experience with over 25 years at Schneider Electric, handling diverse roles based out of India, France, China, and the USA across Energy Management & Industrial Automation businesses. Starting in India as a Product Manager for Industrial Automation & Power Products business, Deepak has managed various global roles working across hubs of Schneider Electric in France, China, and the USA - in both Energy Management and Industrial Automation businesses. His journey took a full circle when he moved back to India in 2019 and led the integration of L&T Electrical and Automation Business with Schneider Electric as SVP, Mergers & Acquisitions. This integration was a key enabler in making India the 3rd largest market and one of the four global hubs of Schneider Electric, with 38000 employees and 31 factories.  Deepak champions the usage & adoption of energy-efficient and green technologies. Binu Philip is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric. His expertise lies in areas of HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Organization Transformation. Rajat is currently the Vice President, Global Marketing India & Chief Marketing Officer - Greater India, and is entrusted with running the marketing function of the company for both Schneider Electric and Lauritz Knudsen (formerly L&T Switchgear), driving brand, digital & commercial excellence and helping the organization achieve its growth ambitions. India is the 3rd largest market and one of the 4 Global Hubs for Schneider Electric Group. Anshum Jain  Vice President – Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations (India), Schneider Electric  Anshum Jain serves as Vice President – Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations (India) at Schneider Electric, where he leads the company’s manufacturing and supply chain strategy across the region.
