Venkatraman Swaminathan has been associated with Schneider Electric for over 19 years, during which he has led the successful acquisition and integration of Uniflair India and Schneider Electric President Systems (formerly APW President). He has played a key role in transforming both businesses, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. In 2014, he assumed additional responsibilities for Enterprise Sales and Business Development within Schneider Electric’s IT Business. He also serves as the Managing Director of Schneider Electric President Systems.

With over 36 years of professional experience in sales, service, and marketing, Mr. Swaminathan possesses deep expertise in data center infrastructure. He has developed and delivered critical solutions for high-performance environments such as data centers, switch rooms, and testing laboratories. His experience includes the deployment of technologies such as precision air conditioning systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and transfer switches, along with utility infrastructure that supports data center operations.

Prior to his tenure at Schneider Electric, he was associated with Voltas Ltd. for six years and Emerson Network Power for eleven years, where he successfully held various roles across sales, service, and business development for the Precision Air Conditioning division at both regional and national levels.

Mr. Swaminathan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
