When using ATS22, what is difference between motor overload alarm and motor overload trip (OLF).

When motor thermal state as calculated by starter is reached to 110%, motor overload alarm is triggered but when motor
thermal state continues to exceed and if it reaches to 125% then soft-starter trips on OLF (motor overload) .
