Unfortunately, the CET850 software does not come with those SFTCommon-... files. You should be able to correct this by downloading another piece of software that we have called "SFT2841" that can be found at below link :

Installing SFT2841 will install the SFTCommon-ICDLibrary and SFTCommon-SCLSchema.
When asked for a Serial Number for SFT2841, use '0647740-08' or '8888888-06'.
Once you have installed SFT2841, these errors should go away. Make sure you have the CET850 software closed when doing the SFT2841 installation.
