OPF1 (Motor phase loss) indicates the complete loss of one phase on the output.  Suggested to check all connections between the drive and the motor to ensure there is a good mechanical and electrical connection on all three phases.
The OPF1 is triggered when a current in one phase is less than 25% of nominal motor current with duration longer than output phase time detect (ODT).Increase ODT.
