Check the remaining runtime, load bar graph, and percentage of load connected on UPS through the display.
How often the power fails(Communicate on the charging period required) Battery needs charging time and communicate the charging procedure (Attempt a COP)
What is the Turn OFF procedure at the end of the day(This procedure would keep the charger ON and Keep the battery in charged condition) Leave the input to the UPS ON and turn OFF the UPS using the front Panel(Ask the customer to follow this process since there is a frequent outage during daytime) this will allow the batteries to get charged during night time)
How old is the UPS, and how many times do you face frequent power cuts in a day (Compute the Number of cycles the battery can support) The batteries could have gone bad, because of the frequent outage, (compute the number of cycles >300 RMA the unit if it is under warranty)
Do you have a generator installed?
Charge the Battery for 72 Hours when runtime is depleting
When an outage is frequent recommend the customer to shut down the system immediately
