What to do if there is No Power output even in presence of mains for SURT15KUXI ?
Kindly follow the below steps to turn on the output for SURT15KUXI :
• Input supply should be on to the UPS.
• Turn on the UPS [display should be on].
• Click on ‘Enter’ button for Main Menu.
• Select the ‘Control’ option from Main Menu and enter on it.
• Inside the ‘Control’ option, select fifth option ‘Turn Load on’ and click enter on it.
• Input supply should be on to the UPS.
• Turn on the UPS [display should be on].
• Click on ‘Enter’ button for Main Menu.
• Select the ‘Control’ option from Main Menu and enter on it.
• Inside the ‘Control’ option, select fifth option ‘Turn Load on’ and click enter on it.
