- Check the UPS and Network Management Card firmware version, if UPS firmware version is not matching, please log the BFO case for firmware upgradation.
- If Network Management Card firmware is not updated with recent version, please collect the Network Management Card part no, UPS model no, server operating system and provide the related link to customer to download firmware file from APC website and guide to upgrade.
