How can we read date and time of Peak demand in EM7230 over modbus ?

In Em7230 for reading date and Time when Demand reached, the modbus register is a 64 bit register address 3788,

we have to read each word separately and divide it into bytes as each set of bytes denotes a specific part of date and time.
