Active Power (LAP) value is not displayed over ATS48 soft starter display and the connection is starter wired to the motor delta terminals. What is the reason.

Such kind of behavior can appears inside delta wiring when connection is not correctly done , So cos=0 (angle between voltage and current is not on the right direction) ,So ,active power is equal to 0 kW (due to cos=0).It is important to check that ATS48 follow the starter wired to the motor delta terminals (Motor winding position to right soft starter output terminal and input) wiring.
