Please follow the below steps:
1. Make a current backup of the system before attempting the steps listed below.
2. Open the TurnOnWindowsAuth.sql query from within SQL Management Studio.
3. Execute the command.
4. This will re-enable windows authentication on the system
5. Login into the Continuum System using a window authenticated admin user
6. Open Continuum Explorer and edit the user ACC and change the password.
7. You should then be able to turn off the Windows Authentication and log out of the cyber station
8. Then you should be able to login with the ACC user using the new password you have just set.
Note:-If the above option does not work you will need to send a current backup of the database to Schneider Electric Technical Support.
So that Technical Support can change the password and send it back to you. You would then need to restore it.
