Getting error “User account temporarily disabled” while logging to ES/SmartX Server in EBO.
Follow the below steps:
1.Open the SBO software administrator.
2.Hit the “Stop Service” button
3.Wait until Status show as “Stopped”
4.Again hit “Start Service” button.
5.Wait for 1-2 Minutes.
6.Try to login again.
