What is the difference in "C" or "H" version for M580/M340 CPU series
The "H" stands for hardened. The hardened modules have conformal coating on the electronic boards. They also operate at an extended temperature range.
The "C" stands just for conformal coating. They do not operate at the extended temperature range.
