How Line Voltage (ULN) is Calculated in ATV320 Drive
Input voltage of the drive ULN is calculated according to the DC bus voltage.
The accuracy depends on the type of application (motor mode or generator mode, with or without load). According to the situation:
- Optimal accuracy is less than 5%
- IGBT bridge locked (without motor current)
- Run without load
- When load apply on motor accuracy is around 10-15%.
- In generator mode: Information is not significant because DC bus value increase.
This value display come from the DC bus: ULN = Vbus (average value) / square root of 2
