SCF5 is result of IGBT test done by drive, like SCF4..So,there is two IGBT tests ,the first one is IGON1 (at each power on, and test duration is up to 10µs) which consist to control IGBT one by one and check if IGBT is ok (For example on ATV71,in case of fault it trip on SCF4 normally during this test, but SCF1 on MHP size can also appears due to IGBT driver detection system on this size, or HDF on HHP size) .The second test , IGON2 is done before each RUN (if STRT is to Yes ,and test duration is about 3ms) ,and control IGBT 2 by 2 to check if there is a load short circuit ,and if there is a fault then drive will trip on SCF5
