This is because the NPF driver is not running. Close wireshark and follow below steps:
-Open command prompt and 'Run as Administrator'.
-Type 'net start npf' (without inverted commas) and hit enter
-You should see the message that NPF driver has been started successfully.
-Now wireshark should run and show the list of interfaces.
