For the following parameters, availability of the data objects & adding the data to an existing dataset,
1. RMS Voltage
2. RMS Current
3. Voltage Flickers
4. Detection and capture of Voltage Swells and Sags
5. Detection and capture of Transient Events
For Voltage & Current, they are available in MMXU logical node.
But unfortunately, for others, there is no default logical nodes or data objects available in the ICD templates.

In all ION meters, the implementation of IEC61850 is very similar, the measurements available are defined in the modules IEC61850, the only module officially recognized as configurable is the GGIO Cust AI and DI modules.
These modules have the ability to link new registers.
There is a limit of 1 module of each and the number of inputs to the module cannot be changed. The name of the measurement in IEC61850 can also not be changed.
So the conclusion is that you can add the data in the dataset using CET850 & there are no default data objects for your Voltage Flickers; Detection and capture of Voltage Swells and Sags & Detection and capture of Transient Events
