What do if there is OL Error in the UPS model SRV3KUXI-IN?
Probable cause:
Easy-UPS is experiencing an overload condition
Possible Solution:
1. Disconnect nonessential equipment from the Easy-UPS to eliminate the overload condition.
2. Wait for the Easy-UPS to auto-recover.
3. If still error is popped, restart the unit.
4. Switch off the output, main power supply, and then ON the utility power and ON the output.
In case the error persists even after trying the above troubleshooting, log the complaint.
