弊社で取り扱っているUPSは、日本国内専用の仕様で製作されています。 海外ではご使用いただけません。 電源事情が異なる海外でのご使用は重大な障害の原因になることがあります。 海外でのご使用により発生したあらゆる責務に対して当社は責任を負いません。

All the UPS handled by Schneider Electric Japan are only Japan-domestic use (exclusive specifications for a Japanese environment). UPS with Japanese spec cannot be used overseas where utility condition varies, and when used in a foreign country, it may be a course of critical defects. Schneider Electric Japan is not liable for all obligations generated by use of Japanese-spec UPS in foreign countries.
120V/230Vの海外仕様UPSのサポートについて
弊社は日本国内においてUPSを販売、サポートを行っておりますが、 それら製品は日本国内の電源事情などを考慮し設計・試験・生産された日本国内専用の仕様となっており、 その入力電源電圧は100V（Matrix-UPS、Symmetra Power Arrayは200V）となっております。 120V/230V仕様UPSを日本国内でご使用になった場合、電源事情が異なる環境でのご使用は重大な障害の原因になることがあります。
従いまして、入力電源電圧120V/230Vの海外仕様UPSのサポートにつきましては、日本国内もしくは海外での使用にかかわらず、 国内使用時の国内仕様UPSと同様のサポートをご提供致しかねますことをご了承ください。
なお、海外でご使用の120/230V仕様UPSについてのサポートおよびサービスは、現地のシュナイダーエレクトリックへお問い合わせください。 （お問い合わせ先などがご不明な場合は、カスタマーケアセンターまでご連絡ください）
また海外でご購入され日本国内でご使用の120V/230V仕様UPSについてのお問い合わせは、 ご購入先もしくはご購入された国のシュナイダーエレクトリックへご連絡ください。
英文： We Schneider Electric Japan sells and supports UPS products in Japan, but these specifications only apply for Japan-domestic use. They are designed, tested and produced in consideration of Japanese power supply circumstances, which utility is 100V (200V spec is only Matrix-UPS and Symmetra Power Array). Please be aware that it might course serious troubles when used overseas model (120/230V UPS) in Japan.
Therefore, please understand that we are not able to provide support for 120/230V overseas models as wall as we do for Japanese models.
If you need any support and service regarding 120/230V UPS when using them overseas, please contact a local Schneider Electric office in the country. If you need any contact references, please feel free to ask our customer support representatives.
Also, inquiries about 120/230V UPS, which is purchased overseas and now used in a Japanese environment, should be asked to a local Schneider Electric office in the country you purchased the product.
