Some customers ask how to cancel the alarm Technical check required “order tech check” on the Galaxy 3500 / SUVT. We always recommend having a maintenance check when this alarm appears.
However, should the customer not wish to avail of this service, the LCM alerts can be disabled altogether under “LCM Alarm Settings" found in the display, see menu tree below.
LCM > Life Cycle Monitoring > LCM Alarm settings > Enable LCM Alarms (yes/no)
This alarm does not indicate an issue, it is time based and a regular service check is just a recommendation.
