Resolution:
Here is a list of USB sticks that the Verification Team here has tested with:

Kingston DataTraveler 101 4GB
Kingston DataTraveler G3 4GB
Kingston DataTraveler G3 8GB
Dane-Elec DaneElec 1GB
Lexar JumpDrive FireFly 1GB
Ocz Rally2 2GB
Schneider Default USB drive 2GB
Sandisk Cruzer Fit 16GB
Kingston DataTraveler G3 8GB
Kingston DataTraveler G3 32GB

The USB flash drives need to be formatted as FAT32.
The Allocation Size cannot be larger than 8192 Bytes.
The Maximum USB stick size supported is 32 GB.
