Issue:
Overriding PID control with ATV212 preset speed function.

Cause:
Activation of preset speed needs to override PID control

Resolution:
The preset speed activation does not override PID control.  When activating the logic input for a preset speed, also activate a separate logic input that is assigned to 14 (PID disable) to deactivate PID control.  This way, the preset takes control.
