Issue:
How do you disable a section in Unity Pro?

Resolution:
Right click on the section name and choose <properties>. Go to the <condition> tab. Enter a boolean reference or variable which can conditionally disable/enable the section. When this bit is ON, the section is enabled. When this bit is OFF, the section is disabled as indicated by a red mark on the dotted line leading to the section name.
When the bit is Forced ON or OFF, an 'F' is displayed over the red or green dot.
