Issue:
How are unused channels wired to eliminate fault indication on the 140AVI03000 analog input module ?

Resolution:
For each unused analog input channel, jumper the INPUT(+) terminal to the INPUT(-) terminal and configure those channels to one of the bipolar voltage input ranges (+/- 5V or +/-10V).
