Resolution:

Series ratings are highly specific. You can't substitute something in a series rating and assume it achieves the same. Series ratings exist because those specific combinations were tested in front of UL and approved to assume that rating. Substitutes void that series rating.

As per Seneca: We cannot state the same rating can be achieved using fast-acting fuses because that specific combination has not been tested.
