In V13.1, there was a new development introducing the concept "nature" and PU requiring changes TXT export/import. If we need to have this feature available in UP13.1, they should add the export and import of the variable with InOut, Public and external nature. and this is not going to be implemented.

As of Control Expert V14.0, the export - import as TXT functionality has been returned.
