Issue:
Why is customer unable to change parameters like ACC [Acceleration] and DEC [Deceleration] times on the ATV320 when it is not running the motor and shows RDY [Ready] on the display?
Product Line:
ATV320
Environment:
All serial numbers
Cause:
Customer changed the ACC and DEC time, then the values changed after cycled power.
Resolution:
Checked to see if drive has function blocks activated. Go to FULL menu, and enter FBN for function blocks, then check on the FB status under NFB. If the FbSt status is not set to IDLE, then there is a function blocks program loaded in the drive.
It is possible to go to FbCd and set that to Stop to make a desired change, however, when set back to Strt, the Function Block program may continue to override your changes. Function Block programming will always override normal parameter operation in the drive. If the Function Block setting FbCd is left at Stop, the drive will otherwise no longer perform as needed. Your OEM or the person that setup the Function Block program, would need to be called in to make changes.
