PME9.0_PM8000 Chinese Version diagram displays part in English

Issue

One issue related to PME9.0 Vista, OS and PME all use Chinese version. Region and language all use China and Chinese. PM8000 default Chinese pages, a part of it display in English.
customer’s page:

we test with ION7650, MTZ and other devices, all the corresponding Vista pages are translated to Chinese without issue.
Only PM8000 have this issue

This have been logged as a bug.

For a work around the customer can always change the default diagram to rename the improperly translated text to the proper language in the folder \Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\ud\default\
This would have to be done per meter type so if it's only the PM8000 like you said, then hopefully it would only be in a handful of diagrams per version type.
